Sustainability Strategy & Friendly Eco-Information:

At our hotel, we are committed to promoting sustainable practices and reducing our environmental footprint. Here are some important policies and guidelines that we request our guests to follow:

1. Water Usage: We kindly ask our guests to be mindful of their water consumption. Please avoid wasting water and help us conserve this precious resource. We have placed "Save the Water" signage in the rooms as a reminder to use water responsibly.

2. Air Conditioning: To conserve energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we kindly request our guests to turn off the air conditioning when leaving their rooms. This small action can make a significant difference in reducing our carbon footprint.

3. Linen Change: In our efforts to reduce pollution and conserve water, we have implemented a linen change policy. For guests staying multiple nights, we will change the room linen every third day unless requested otherwise. This helps us minimize unnecessary laundry and water usage.

4. Garbage Disposal: We encourage our guests to practice responsible waste management during their stay. Please make use of the designated garbage bins provided in the room for proper disposal of waste. Recycling bins are also available for separating recyclable materials.

5. Smoking Policy: We are a fully non-smoking hotel, and smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including guest rooms, restaurants, and public spaces. We have taken measures to ensure a smoke-free environment for the comfort and well-being of all our guests. Please adhere to this policy, and kindly use the designated smoking areas located outside the premises

6. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any charges. However, if you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up, one night's stay will be charged as per our cancellation policy.

7. Room for Disabled Guests and Hotel Facilities: We are committed to providing accessibility for all our guests. Our hotel entrances are equipped with ramps for easy access, and all public areas, including restrooms, are designed to be disability-friendly. We also have one specially designed room to cater to the needs of guests with disabilities, including those with mobility, hearing, or visual impairments. Please inform us in advance if you require any specific assistance or accessible facilities during your stay. We strive to ensure an inclusive and comfortable experience for all our guests, irrespective of their abilities. 8. Check-In and Check-Out Timings: Check-in time is at 14:00, allowing us sufficient time to prepare your room to ensure a pleasant stay. For early check-ins, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is subject to availability and may be charged an additional fee. Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Late check-outs may also be available upon request, subject to availability and management's discretion. Additional charges may apply.

9. Credit Card Acceptance: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Mada. You can conveniently settle your bills and make payments using any of these accepted cards.

Children Policy:

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that children be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times while using the hotel facilities.

1. Elevator Usage: For the safety of children, we recommend that they be accompanied by an adult when using the elevators. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children to prevent any accidents or misuse of the elevator.

2. Swimming Pool: Children must be supervised by their parents or guardians at all times while using the swimming pool. It is essential to ensure their safety and prevent any accidents. Please adhere to the designated pool rules and guidelines for the well-being of all guests. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests, particularly children. 2. Call for Help: Immediately notify the hotel staff or dial the emergency number provided (such as 911) to alert them about the fire. Provide accurate information about the location and severity of the fire.

3. Evacuate Safely: If it is safe to do so, evacuate the premises following the designated evacuation routes. Do not use elevators during a fire. Use the stairs instead.

4. Close Doors: As you leave the room or area, close all doors behind you. This helps to contain the fire and prevent its spread to other parts of the building.

5. Stay Low: If there is smoke, stay low to the ground as you evacuate. Smoke rises, so staying low helps you breathe cleaner air and reduces the risk of smoke inhalation.

6. Wait for Assistance: If you are unable to evacuate due to smoke or fire blocking your escape route, stay in your room and call for help. Seal the door with wet towels or clothing to prevent smoke from entering the room.

7. Assemble in the Designated Area: Once outside, proceed to the designated assembly area, which is typically the hotel parking lot. Stay together and wait for further instructions from emergency personnel.
